The Same Old W-2’s

January 28th, 2009 | No Comments |

w-21Ahhhh, tax time! Have you received your W-2’s yet? What does it say in box 1? “Wages, tips, other compensation” right? What is the number figure in that box? 40k, 50k, 60k? Are you proud of that number? When you look at that W-2 does it make you feel good about yourself and the last YEAR of work? Are you proud of what you do and do you feel that your family is getting all they deserve out of that number in box 1? Now here’s the best question of all: Are you ready to do that all over again this year for that same number or just barely more? Are you ready to give another year to your employer?

If you anwered “Yes” to those last two questions then this website is not for you. If you answered “No” to any or all of the questions above then you deserve to stick around. This site will teach you of a way to make sure that this year the last year you will ever receive a W-2 form from your employer, because you won’t have one! Once you fill out the form at the bottom of this post, I will teach you how to take that pathetic number in box 1 of your W-2 and add another zero on the end of it. I will teach you how to make that number in box 1 a monthly income. I will teach you how to get out of the rat race and to fire your boss because frankly, you won’t be able to afford to work there any longer. I will teach you how to create a life of freedom, both time freedom and financial freedom through a simple business opportunity.

Don’t just think about it, do it! If not now, when? I don’t want to see you in the same place next year, staring down at your same old W-2 with that same number in box 1. Financial Freedom, Time Freedom, true Wealth, and ultimate happiness are all being held back by just a few things: Your fear of change and the false security of that pathetic W-2! Make a bold decision for you and fill out the form for an interview!

How Bad Do You Want It?

SkydiveHave you ever been on a roller coaster at six flags, Disney Land, or some other amusement park? Do you remember the feeling you get as the coaster is rising to the top of the first summit? Do you remember the feeling that you get when you experience that weightlessness right before you drop to the bottom of that summit? Or, have you ever been cliff jumping, bungee jumping or sky diving? Can you remember what it felt like as you were in that plane or on the top of that cliff moments before it was your turn to jump? Think real hard now. Visualize what it felt like. You start to recreate those feelings right? You know what it feels like to do it and when your mind makes the connection, a feeling is recreated. You have a perfect knowledge of what it felt like to go on that roller coaster or to jump out of that plane and can now recreate that feeling.

Now that you know how to recreate a feeling, is there any difference between recreating a feeling that you have experienced physically and recreating or creating a feeling you have experienced mentally, in your visualizing? We know that in order to truly be connected to your goal you must be able to believe that you are already in possession of that goal. There should be zero doubt in your mind that you will achieve your goal in the specified time period. If it is a car that you have set as your goal, what color is it, how fast does it go, what do the pedals feel like when slammed to the floor, how does it smell inside, how does it feel when you grip the steering wheel, how does it feel when you crank the radio up? Are you really there? Are you really in that car?

Now here’s the connection to the feeling side of it all. Do you remember that feeling you recreated with the roller coaster? If you are as passionate about achieving your goal to get that new car, then you will have a feeling that burns within when you think or visualize having that car. It will feel like that feeling or that goal is about to explode from your chest at this very second and because of that feeling, your actions will be constant and extremely persistent in moving towards achieving that goal. It will feel like it is going to happen now, not tomorrow but now! If you have to wait another second for this goal to materialize right in front of you, you might not be able to cope! It fuels you and gives you the energy, the ambition and the drive to go out and get it! It is more than a want or a hope now, it is definite because you have made it so with your emotional connection to this goal. It will happen, because you know it!

So, let me ask you….Have you been achieving your goals? This might explain why.

Never Quit!

Recently I sat at a park and watched the kids play and I noticed something. The next time you are at a park do this. Pick two of them out. Pick one that has the most determination to get on the toys he wants and then pick the one that has no determination. You don’t even have to be there in person to know the difference between the two kids. What does their countenance say about them. Of course the determined one is happy, up beat, on top of the world while the one with no determination is always down, very mellow with not a lot of self worth. I have seen this, in person and I know that you have also known and do know people right now that are this same exact way. What makes them that way? Why do some people give up on what they want and what does it do to them permanently?

Allow me to share a quote with you that explains my point:

You only grow old by deserting your ideals. Years wrinkle the skin, giving up wrinkles the soul.  – Douglas MacArthur

What a great quote that is. Isn’t it so true though? If one gives up on one thing, it is that much easier to give up on the next thing. Now what happens to someones self confidence if they give up and what are they telling themselves by doing so? Quitting has never been the solution to anything. Quitting is telling yourself that you can’t do something, that you aren’t good enough. Some people quit because it is painful, it hurts or it just doesn’t feel right. In my industry, people often quit in their home based business for many reasons, but when it all comes down to it, they just quit! Quitting is the only way to destroy your momentum. So, when it comes time to start another home business, what will they think of first? They will think of the time they quit and it will be so much easier this time around to do the same thing.

Determination and ambition is not just naturally acquired, it is built by one success after another. While quitting kills your momentum, permanently, experiencing success builds your momentum, permanently. For each success, one gets a permanent addition to the soul. For every time one quits, part of the soul is lost. Quitting, giving up and procrastination all destroy the soul.

Now when I speak of quitting, I mean quitting things that improve you or your world. Quitting smoking, drinking, foul language, etc are all good! I encourage it! But when someone starts a project, a business, or a task and then quits, it is worse than if that person had never even started in the first place!

My advice: Be determined, be ambitious, have confidence in you, because you are the best and hold the potential to do anything you put your mind to!

Kurt Warners Path To Success!

January 22nd, 2009 | No Comments |

In a supermarket, Kurtis the stock boy, was busily working when a new voice came over the loud speaker asking for a carry out at register Four.

Kurtis was almost finished, and wanted to get some fresh air, and decided to answer the call. As he approached the check-out stand a distant smile caught his eye, the new check-out girl was beautiful. She seemed a little older than he, (maybe 26, and he was only 22) but her smile was irresistible and he fell in love instantly.

Later that day, after his shift was over, he waited by the punch clock hoping to see her just one more time before calling it a day. She came into the break room, smiled softly at him, and he fell speechless. She took her card and punched out and smiled once more before turning to leave. He waited until she was out of site and rushed to the shelf of time cards, he found hers…BRENDA.

He walked out of the store and spotted Brenda walking home. That would be his opportunity tomorrow. The next day, he waited outside as she left the supermarket, and offered her a ride home. He looked harmless enough, and she accepted. When he dropped her off, he asked if maybe he could see her again, outside of work. She graciously declined simply stating that it would be impossible.

He pressed and she explained she had two children and she couldn’t afford a baby-sitter, so he offered to pay for the baby-sitter. Reluctantly she accepted his offer for a date for the following Saturday. That Saturday night he arrived at her door only to have her tell him that she was unable to go with him. The baby-sitter had called and canceled. To which Kurtis simply said, “Well, lets take the kids with us.”

She tried to explain that taking the children was not an option, but again not taking no for an answer, he pressed. Finally, Brenda brought him inside to meet her children. She had an older daughter who was just as cute as a bug, Kurtis thought. Then Brenda brought out her son, in a wheelchair. He was born a paraplegic with Down syndrome.
Kurtis asked Brenda, “I still don’t understand why the kids can’t come with us?” Brenda was amazed. Most men would run away from a woman with two kids, especially if one had disabilities – just like her first husband and father of her children had done. Kurtis was not ordinary – – – he had a different mindset.

That evening Kurtis and Brenda loaded up the kids, went to dinner and the movies. When her son needed anything Kurtis would take care of him. When he needed to use the restroom, he picked him up out of his wheelchair, took him and brought him back. The kids loved Kurtis. At the end of the evening, Brenda knew this was the man she was going to marry and spend the rest of her life with.

A year later, they were married and Kurtis adopted both of her children. Since then they have added two more children to their loving home.

So what happened to Kurtis the stock boy and Brenda the check-out girl? Well, Mr. & Mrs. Kurt Warner now lives in Arizona.

Overlooked by the NFL draft, cut in training camp by the Green Bay Packers, and thwarted by a venomous spider bite when trying out for the Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner’s path to victory hasn’t been an easy one. Yet despite setbacks, Warner persevered–whether stocking supermarket shelves or leading teams to the Super Bowl.

I just wanted to share this with you, because I feel that we all have the ability to achieve greatness, yet so many of us are not willing to take the extra step, go the extra mile, try new things, or even stick our neck out there towards unknown territory. Kurt Warner pursued his wife and career in a way that fashions a hero of perseverance.

True story!

The Power of Leverage in Business

January 20th, 2009 | 2 Comments |

We all know there are only 24 hours in a day. We all get those same 24 hours to do as we please with. Now we know that 7-8 of those hours are already spoken for by sleep. So really, for traditional type businesses, you only have around 16 hours a day. Well, this is only true for business opportunities that require your time.

For example, as a chiropractor, you now that you can get through 4 patients in a one hour period. At $50 each, that is about $200/hr. Now, assuming that a chiropractor has his schedule packed, he can make around $1400 a day with an 8 hour day and a lunch break. That sounds like a great income for most people right? But can the chiropractor make any more than $1400 in an 8 hour day of work? No! Not unless he applies a little more leverage into his business, which, requires hiring more chiropractors to work for him. Pay these other chiropractors $30/hr of the $50 and pocket the $20 for the extra hours. Pack the entire day with enough patients for two chiropractors and instead of making only $200/hr he is now making $280/hr. If the supply is there, this would be ideal leverage.

Now, let’s look at a different business model in Direct Sales. Know that Direct Sales pays you directly. When you make a sale, you make the profit right up front. So initially you make money. Let’s say you have a product with a $1000 commission connected to it. Make ten sales in a month and you have yourself a $10,000 monthly income and a 6 figure annual income. But in order for you to do that, you must give 60 sales pitches a week that are approximately 30 minutes in length, market your product and make trips to the bank. All of this takes time right? So you are looking at a 50+ hour work week!

So let’s add leverage to this business model. There are a few ways to do this and you will see that it will significantly increase your profits far beyond that of the chiropractors and most doctors with the same amount of sales volume. Create a system around your product so that others can market it as well. By doing so, you will mentor them and teach them to duplicate your results. In the process, you get their first two sales. So by making 10  sales a month, in a perfect scenario, you would get a minimum of 20 additional sales. This would keep duplicating as those 20 turned over to you their first two sales as well. This is endless! Leverage!

Also, throw in a few higher end products in the mix that end up being add-on sales. By saying add-on sales I mean products that add to your first product! Make these higher ticket items. So let’s say you have a $5,000 and $8,000 commission on these other two products and at minimum, 30% of your customers who purchased your first product end up purchasing your second and third products.

Let’s do the math.

  • Ten sales a month at $1000 equals $120,000 a year. Let’s say this 10 include a few turn-over sales.
  • 30% of those 120 sales will purchase the second product at $5,000 each equaling $180,000.
  • Also, 30% of the 120 will purchase the third product at $8,000 each equaling $288,000.
  • Total = $588,000!

To save on your time, have someone else do the sales pitch for you on one call a day and schedule all of your potential customers to that one call to cut your work hours down to around 20-30 hours a week, maximum! Imagine what your income would be if your conversion from the first product to the second and third increased to just 50%. That is a significant multiple 6 figure increase!

Now if you were wondering how you could make a multiple 6 figure to a 7 figure income working just 20 hours a week, you now know! But how many of you, even though this is all laid out for you, will shrug your shoulders and stay with what is comfortable to you? How many of you will settle for a paycheck or an 80 hour work week?

The answer: Almost all of you!

Be Willing To do What It takes!

January 19th, 2009 | No Comments |

On January 10th we were able to attend an event in LA where numerous people received awards based on their income level with this business opportunity. Most of the awards were for new and upcoming leaders and were called Rising Stars. The other awards were for the top 10 income earners. During the event and throughout the rest of the evening people kept telling me that they were going to be one of the top 10 income earners next year. They were stating their goal right then and there and with some consistency, persistency, and the willingness to do whatever it takes, will definitely be there.

Now, I probably had nearly 50 people tell me that same goal and since there are only 10 awards, obviously not everyone of those 50 can get that award. What will the ones who are successful do differently than the ones who will not receive that award?

If asked, I am sure they will say that they will do whatever it takes, as long as it takes. Honestly, I think they would all say they would do whatever it takes, not just the successful ones. So what separates words from actions? What is the difference?

The ones who are successful in receiving that award really are going to do whatever it takes, as long as it takes. The ones who do not receive the award will do whatever it takes, as long as it is convenient! Do you see the difference there. They will work their business only when they are 100%, in a great mood, feeling healthy, have spare time that day or in other words have perfect working conditions. The successful ones will work their business regardless of the environment. They will make time to do what it takes even if it means having to sacrifice a Tee Time at the Golf Course one day. The ultimate working environment is very rarely just around, but it can be created and is created by those who are in the right mindset. Willpower, ambition and determination are all ingredients of doing whatever it takes in order to get what you want, not just a want.

Take for instance a Father. He would do whatever it took to provide and protect his family, if and only if, he loved them, is passionate, determined and has the willpower to do so. If he doesn’t, you get a dead head Dad who is never around, a horrible father and someone who never amounts to anything in his childrens eyes. Only those will an unquenchable desire to succeed will do all that it takes to make it happen!

Take a look at your business and single out the things you do only when they are convenient and do them regardless, consistently. I am curious to see that the results will be!
