Personal Development Movie: The Ghost Rider

The Ghost Rider

I never did think that one could get so many of life’s lessons from movies and cartoons. If you pay attention, the theme of most movies is based on one theory or lesson that dictates the choices of the characters in the film. Even though you get all the Hollywood jazz and crazy plots, it is all engulfed around the moral of the story. Every action a living soul takes is based on some kind of law or principle.

The Ghost Rider

Take The Ghost Rider with Nicolas Cage as he plays Johnny Blaze who is a stunt biker performing along side his Dad. After one of their shows there was talk about how reckless Johnny was being by trying to impress the ladies. The father said something that influences Johnny’s decisions through the rest of the movie. He told Johnny that he had better make decisions that will influence his circumstances, or the circumstances will make him. Thus, from that point on, he started making decisions. Big decisions. Heck, he sold his soul to the devil. But he was creating, instead of being governed. He took control of who he was destined to be and did it well.

We all have purpose and we are all very powerful. The only thing that lacks is our knowledge of just how powerful we really are and what we feel we can accomplish. Are you the one who is going to be governed and ruled or are you someone that is the dictator of your life. How many people are an extra in their movie of life? Seriously, are you the main character in your life or are your thoughts and actions focussed towards someone elses life and in making them the movie star of your life? Remember, you create your circumstance, or it creates you!

The Ownership of Money and Property!

February 24th, 2007

Ownership of Money and Property - Albert EinsteinThere is a lot more involved in becoming a success than just finding an opportunity or creating a good idea. Many people have great businesses ideas and still fail at what they are trying to create. One may have a lot of talent in sports, maybe more talent than any other person, and still lose. Why do some win and others watch? What do they do that everyone else doesn’t?

There may be too many factors that play into this scenario to list them all, but I would like to touch on a few.

Number one on the list should be desire. How bad do you want what you seek after. If that one principle is in place then everything else will fall into place along with it. If your desire is strong, constant, and personal then you will do whatever it takes to succeed. You will be willing to sacrifice all for your cause to win. Without a strong will and passionate desire, you have failed before you even get started.

Consistency is the key to success in any endeavor. If you do something long enough, often enough, with full intent, it will eventually work. That is if it doesn’t work right away. How long are you willing to work at something to make your dreams come true. Individuals devote entire lifetimes to this very thing. And they succeed. What is a worthy enough cause for you? What are you willing to devote all your efforts, actions, and thoughts to in order to have what you desire most?

Apply the Law of Attraction into your life. Concentrate on what you desire most and do what is necessary to bring it about. It is The Secret that has been around for hundreds, even thousands of years and is now available to the public as a tool. If you study it and apply it in a BIG way, you will be amazed. I teach this principle through an opportunity that has been founded upon the principles of Attraction.

The Ownership of Money and Property

“The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich.”  – Albert Einstein

Lesson of Entrepreneurship in “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift”

October 22nd, 2006

The Fast and the Furious - Tokyo DriftYou know, I thought it was a pretty good flick. I actually avoided seeing it in the theaters because I thought that it might be a little lame but was proven otherwise. It actually had some good lessons in entrepreneurship and living life to the fullest even though some of the characters were doing things that weren’t exactly legal.

Sean Boswell, the main character is a perfect example of someone who felt trapped by a system that was teaching him to not follow his passions and what he loved most in life which was to race. It was a constant struggle for him as he was forced to live this life that he couldn’t seem to find joy in. Everywhere he went he seemed to go back the same way…to his passion.

Once in Tokyo he ran into a man by the name of Han. Han seemed to be high on life. He seemed to have a cool calmness about him and seemed to be content with where his life was headed and where he was. There was a specific scene I would like to refer to. They were on the top of a tall building and had a conversation overlooking the city streets. Sean asked Han why he let him race in Han’s car and Han said that he was always looking to surround himself with people of character. People he could trust. As they looked down on all the people crossing the street Han was talking about how they were all led by fear. They were stuck in a system and led by fear instead of passion. And when you are able to live life from one choice to the next without fear, life gets more clear.

He couldn’t have gotten any closer to the truth. Life is so much easier as an entrepreneur. The world is full of opportunity and a more fulfilling life is simply a choice. As you become successful you will need what I like to call a board of directors. You will want to surround yourself with successful positive people of integrity. As you surround yourself with like-minded individuals you increase your odds of success.
